Problems
- Issues with an existing system that may inhibit work or functionality.

Enhancements
- Requests to modify or add basic new functionality to an existing system. This type also include routine work for shows and other scheduled events. These tasks usually require a few people's time over a span of days.
Criticality:

- Emergency request that impacts a large amount of people and no work-around is available.

- Highly visible request that impacts a group of people and a work-around may exist.

- Request can be resolved in the normal course of business.
